EMPATH: (I know y'all are feeling it)feeling ALL of it...the heaviness of this "pandemic" today. Wanting to do more, unable to console loved ones in person, everyone doing their best. It's ALL so much. Well it's ok to feel overwhelmed, it's ok NOT to know what to say or do especially when there's so many reports on what to do. Drink this, eat these, listen here, listen there...had to just STOP and release HER from my SOUL! Lean into your faith in God and in one another!
