]]>I was asked to be a guest on @prooftoproduct pod cast! I had an amazing time chatting it up with Katie Hunt! Take a listen if you dare. Dare to laugh, contemplate and move forward! Hope it inspires to go after your dreams!
]]>EMPATH: (I know y'all are feeling it)feeling ALL of it...the heaviness of this "pandemic" today. Wanting to do more, unable to console loved ones in person, everyone doing their best. It's ALL so much. Well it's ok to feel overwhelmed, it's ok NOT to know what to say or do especially when there's so many reports on what to do. Drink this, eat these, listen here, listen there...had to just STOP and release HER from my SOUL! Lean into your faith in God and in one another!

LOVE: Does it change the world?
Phew! I'm back, I think...I had quite a bit of false starts. It's been an emotional roller coaster ride these last few months. I was so sad, so anxious, so afraid. Things were changing big time. We were losing people we loved dearly. We were trying to make things normal as possible for our families. Trying to navigate what all this meant to my budding small business. ALL of it heavy stuff. I felt like I couldn't get my head above water.
We clung to family Zoom meetings.
We laughed, we cried, we prayed , we talked about sooo many conspiracy theories 👀...
In the end it came down to LOVE. Loving each other! Finding new ways to express it. LOVING me by allowing myself the grace to "SIT" in all these feelings..to LIVE them.
Am I back to normal? NORMAL is NOW! Normal is not a constant, it's forever changing and morphing!
Am I LOVE? Now that's constant- and yes, yes I AM.

Let's keep the lines of communication open and find ways that are comfortable (or uncomfortable) to us and add our voices to the fight. For my boys 💙 It takes courage and faith to stand up to something you think isn't right.
Stand till your legs shake!
